JZ112 Settings that retain on update/reload
Reloading/Updating components in the templates can reset changes made to the template. This could include:
 
  • Lines added into the template. This includes: manual, linked, subtotal, subheading and line space
  • Overrides to line descriptions
  • Lines that are turned off/skipped
  • Map numbers that have been changed from the default
 
 
Settings made in the corresponding Resource Centre module will usually transfer over to the client file on Reload/Update.
 
Exception
An exception to this is the Headings settings found in the financial statements. When a statement a statement is reloaded via Home menu > Admin settings from the module will not transfer financial statements. Settings from the module can be accessed by clicking on Reload firm formatting.
 
 
From the Resource Centre module. Updating the module via Step 5, settings made in the module will retain. The Jazzit Administrator no longer needs to reapply those settings between updates.
