The Express menu can be used to add additional lines and delete them. Right-click to access the menu.

Select between: preliminary, budget, and final. Preliminary accesses the Caseware trial balance before adjusting entries while Final is after adjusting entries. Budget accesses budget data from the Caseware trial balance.
