Set the default prepaid time presentation as either days or months.

Use the popup menu to select to show all lines or printing lines only. Set the working paper to printing lines when reviewing the working paper.

Use the popup menu to select to show all groups or printing groups only. Set the working paper to show printing groups when reviewing the working paper.

Set draft stamp
4. Set draft stamp
Set the default behavior for the draft stamp for the letters and working papers. You can either set it to default to the Jazzit financial statement draft stamp behavior or set it to default On or Off independently from the Jazzit financial statements.
 
Check the checkbox next to the description to set the default globally for all the Jazzit letter and Jazzit Working Papers or leave the checkbox unchecked to allow preparers to set the draft stamp behavior on each individual letter and Working Paper.

Click on the folder icon to open the Notes for the preparer section. This section serves as a guideline on how to use the Working Paper.

Grand Total

Toggle the grand total located at the bottom of the working paper. The grand total will hide regardless of setting if one group is activated. Turning off the Grand Total will also disable the working paper diagnostics.
