Jazzit Administrators are the people in your firm who will be maintaining Jazzit Resource Centres and making sure these revisions are included in the master files. They are also the liaison between file preparers and Jazzit technical support. Up to two Jazzit Administrators can be designated by your firm. Please see your Jazzit Administrator if you need any help with the program.
BEFORE YOUR ADMINISTRATOR CALLS SUPPORT, they will need to have the following on hand:
• A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (please help the Administrator by noting what you did before the issue arose).
