Automap will map any unmapped accounts automatically by looking at their Class Type/Tax Code/GIFI Code and match it against the client file mapping structure. Word matching is then used to try and narrow down an appropriate map number from the group of possible matches.

 

If you have GIFI accounts in your client file, you can use Automap to map the trial balance to the Jazzit map numbers. Go to Tools > Options > Mapping > Autofill and click on the Automap button.

 

 

Account numbers with GIFI codes assigned to them will be mapped to the Jazzit mapping number with the matching GIFI property. All other mapping properties, such as class, lead sheet numbers, type and sign, will also be mapped. Yellow triangles indicate that the accounts were automapped.
