Some notes have popup cells that provide choices for alternative wording. Items listed on the menu that appear in bold (where applicable) indicate default wording.

Select the default grouping you want to use for the note linkage. The note is defaulted to use the Account link.

  • Sort the order of related parties: Sort the order of the related parties within the note.
  • Grand total: Toggle on/off the grand total for the note.
  • Comparatives: Toggle comparative column on/off.
  • Party totals: Toggle subtotals for individual related parties on/off.

Use the entity popup menu to select the entity from the list. This will only show the balances associated with the selected entity.

Right-click on the express menu to insert more manual lines, insert subtotals, sort and delete current lines where the options are available. To add more Related Parties, use the express menu to insert a subheading (for the related party name), the number of lines you need and a subtotal to add the total of the related party amounts.
