Column Settings
The columns settings can be setup as follow:
Show/Hide Total Columns
The 9-column Statement Format is set to show the current and prior year columns by default.

Show/Hide Budget Columns
Select to show the budget column and check off which statements you want to see the budget column on.

Columns On/Off
Use the checkboxes to turn on the number of columns to match the number of funds to be shown for the Statement of Revenues and Expenditures and Statement of Financial Position.

Entity
Allocate a fund to each column. This will filter the balances on the statements to only show the balances associated with the selected fun.
