Updating Jazzit PEG

There are 2 update methods:

When to use the Quick Method
The Quick Method is the quickest and simplest method of updating.

You will not need to manually update each document in the Resource Centre and MASTER file. The Resource Centre and the MASTER files will be overwritten with newer versions. The updates will only be performed in the client file(s).

Transition to CAS 315
Due to the substantial changes associated with CAS 315, we recommend using the Quick Method when updating your pre-CAS 315 audit checklists. You will need to repeat your letterhead setup. See Enabling Letterhead and Enabling e-signatures for more information.

When to use the Regular Method

Using Letterhead or electronic signatures?
If you are using logos and/or electronic signatures you should be using the Regular Method in order to avoid repeating the e-signature/letterhead setup procedures.

It is recommended that if you have made firm specific changes (i.e. customizations) to the default Jazzit Checklists, you do not use the quick method as this will override all changes made to the checklists in the Resource Centre and Master files.
