It's possible to divide entities into sub entities when required. For example you have 4 entities but in a certain schedule you may wish to combine 2 of those entities into a single entity. In those cases you want to create sub entities under an entity.

 

To create a sub entity, select the entity you want to add a sub entity under and click on New.

 

 

Enter a name for the sub entity, an abbreviation is automatically created. Click OK.

 

 

Repeat this until you create the desired sub entities.

 

 

Accounts can be assigned to entities or sub entities or not assigned at all (parent entity).

 

 

Entities and sub entities can be selected in the Jazzit templates. Selecting an entity will include amounts from sub entities underneath that entity.
