The Format B - Funds in columns format is used when the Statement of Financial Position and the Statement of Revenues and Expenditures are set to show each fund in a separate column.
For this format to work efficiently, the trial balance should be divided into the different funds (page 3) and the GL account numbers assigned to these funds (page 5). This will allow you to allocate a fund to each column and automate the balances as much as possible.
Jump to the Statement of Change in Net Assets and select Format B - funds in columns from the yellow popup cell. Click on the folder icon to open the Statement settings section.
Use the checkboxes under each column to turn on the number of funds you want to show. You can show up to 7 individual funds.
The funds selected in the Columns section of the Home Menu is transferred to the columns in the Statement of changes in Net Assets.
