Right-click on the section heading to access the sort option in the letter.

In the Manual Sort Section dialog, highlight the heading and use the
Move Up or
Move Down button to sort the row into the desired position.

Click
OK to apply the changes.
Some letters may have a
Sort (
) button that also accesses the Manual Sort Section dialog.
