Set Colors for Input Paragraphs, Input Cells, and Skip Text

  • In CaseView’s form mode, click on View > Preferences to set your workstation settings for skipped text, input paragraphs, and input cells.

  • We recommend the following:
    • Input cell to light green (H80 S69 L194 R192 G220 B192)
    • Input paragraph to light blue (H141 S171 L191 R166 G201 B240)
    • Skip text leave on default color (H160 S240 L120 R0 G0 B255)
    • Missing annotation default color (H160 S0 L151 R160 G160 B160)
  • The default color settings (dark grey) can make it difficult to see your cursor position within input paragraphs.
  • Our documentation is written using the color settings shown in this topic.
  • You may wish to change the Skip text color to something other than dark blue to avoid confusion with other items shown in dark blue that print (i.e. note numbers and page number cross references).
  • Click on Save Defaults button on the right of the color setting when you have finished making your selections. This will apply these color settings to all CaseView documents you use on this workstation.
