Save File Compressed
Compressed files are extremely useful if you need to save a client's data to disk, or send as an e-mail attachment. When you are on the road with a notebook, it is a good idea to compress the file and save to disk or e-mail the file to the office to back up your daily work.

From the Caseware menu, select File > Save Compressed.

Select to choose – whether you want to include the BAK files and include any sub folders created in the folder.

Click on the Yes button to continue.
