Rounding Warnings
 
A warning will appear in this section if any statement has a difference in excess of the diagnostic limit (specified by your Administrator in the Resource Centre) and the rounding has been set to Enabled.  
 
If you get a warning despite having no significant differences rounding threshold is set too low.
 
 
This warning will also appear when you print your statements if it is still outstanding.
 
 
Administrators can also enable a printed warning which appears as the first page if rounding has either been disabled or in a recalculate state.  This warning will only appear if the financial statements are set to final (draft stamp has been set to off) and rounding is not properly enabled.
 
 
This option can be disabled by the Jazzit Administrator in the CP - Home Menu module in the Resource Centre, this change will apply to all files connected to the Resource Centre.
