Ratio Components - Balance Sheet

 

The ratios for the balance sheet based on class.  There are Diagnostics that appear in the Freeze Frame to indicate when your balance sheet does not balance.  Existing diagnostics will cause a warning to display when Score is saved or a report is printed.

 

 

You can double click on the amount of the error to jump to the top of the column with the error. Adjustments can be made directly in the Ratio Components - Balance Sheet area to resolve the diagnostics.

 

Each asset, liability and equity class on the balance sheet can be adjusted.  Click on the folder to the left of the class to view the five available adjustment lines.  Diagnostics will appear if the adjustment throws the balance sheet out of balance. 

 

To close the adjustments area, click again on the folder.
