Folders can be browsed and opened in the same manner as any other file in windows.
To open a file, click on File > Open. You have the choice to open recent files, which are listed to the right of the recent files option or to open files located on your computer.
To open a file from your computer, click on Computer.
Frequently visited folders will appear on the list under Recent Folders. Click on the folder and navigate to the file you want to open. Alternatively, click on the Browse… link and browse to the correct folder.
