Linking the notes to the Balance Sheet
 
The following generic notes can be linked to the Balance Sheet:
 
  • Generic Two Column Note
  • Generic Tax Note
  • KP 1 - KP1 - 3 or 4 column with comparatives
  • KP8 - 1 to 5 column multi-section note
  • KPC - 3 to 5 column multi-section note
 
This option is available with the June 30, 2017 update.
 
  • Insert a generic note and complete it as required.
     
     
  • Jump to the Balance Sheet. Right-click on the Express menu in the section you want to add the and insert a linked line.
     
     
  • Double-click on the blank map popup menu. An information message will appear reminding you to manually reference the note using {N#}. You can opt to never show this dialog by either selecting Cancel or you can switch the notification of in the Balance Sheet statement settings. Click OK to continue.
     
     
  • The Link to generic note browse window appears. This browse will show all inserted generic notes that can be linked to the Balance Sheet.

    Click on this button to link the balances of the note the Balance Sheet.

    Shows a list of the notes that can be linked to the Balance Sheet. You can click on the heading to jump to the specific note within the Jazzit financial statements.

  • Click on the link button to link the note balances.
