Occasionally you will encounter a situation where an Income Statement section (expenses, revenues etc) is inaccessible. It's hidden even when you set the Financial Statements to Show all lines.  Reloading/Updating from the resource centre doesn't fix the issue.

 

The cause is a hidden variable in the Caseware database that is 'stuck'. There is a way to 'unstick' this. Recent versions of the Income Statement has function to Reload firm formatting. Clicking on this button should 'unstick' the variable and make the Income statement accessible again.
