JZ108 Troubleshooting e-signatures
Jazzit offers e-signatures in Jazzit templates as a customization service see our pricing page for more information.
 
The following steps will help you troubleshoot your e-signatures if they are not working.
 
When setting up the e-signatures Jazzit may send you the following files:
 
Ensure that any files you receive are saved to your KLIB via the File Explorer. The same files can be added to your FRMLIB by replacing 'klib' with 'frmlib' in the file names before adding them to the FRMLIB. You will get replace file warnings when doing this. Confirm file replacement.
 
Setting up your Resource Centre
 
 
In the Financial Statement
In the client file open the Jazzit Financial Statement. Ensure that the draft stamp is disabled. This can be checked in Home menu > Display.
 
Click on Home menu > Admin and update the Header/footers and Engagement report.
 
 
Check Draft Stamp
If the signature button is not appearing under the engagement report. Ensure that your draft stamp is turned off from the Display settings panel in the Home menu.
 
 
In a Letter Template
 
Open the letter and Reload it from the Resource Centre. Ensure that the draft stamp is disabled. This can be found in the formatting options area of the Jazzit letter.
