Include Schedule Balances on the Statements
The balances for each section, i.e. Revenues, Expenditures and Fees can be linked to the respective sections in the main Statement of Revenues and Expenditures. You can choose to ONLY show schedule amounts for each section or to show Schedule and individual amounts mixed (where you did not create a separate schedule for a fund).

Make sure that the schedules are set to link to the
operations of the Statement of Revenues and Expenditures.

Jump to the Statement of Revenues and Expenditures. The Statement will show a mix if map numbers and schedules. If the section
only consists of the balances indicated on the schedules you would want to only show the schedule balances to avoid duplication.

Right-click on any
Express Button (
) within the section and select Balances > Include Schedules Only

Only the schedule balances will be included in the section.

If the section contains balances that are
not linked to schedules AND balances linked to schedules then you would need to leave the section balance selection as Include all balances. Duplicate balances appearing on the schedules and the mainstatements can be skipped by overriding the map number with
999 or using the popup menu to
set the map number to skip.
