The generic working papers can be used to create additional, unique working papers not found within Jazzit.
Copy the Generic working papers from the master file into a client file. Each working papers can be copied multiple times and moved to the desired section within the Document Manager. Copying the generic working paper will assign a unique identifier to the copy.
If the working paper ID is not found in the KLIB, i.e. a copy was made from the original working paper template, the document will show as Not connected to Resource Centre. If you are planning on making future updates to this working paper then it's recommended that the Jazzit Administrator first make a copy of the working paper in the KLIB, make the changes and add the document to the Diagnostic Report. Create a copy of the working paper in the master files, ensure that the ID matches the ID of the working paper in the KLIB and click on Update or Reload from Resource Centre button. The working paper can then be copied into the client file using copy components and updated when necessary.
