We recommend this is set to either No or Prompt. Try not to use the Yes or Yes with Sub folders option as this will compress the Resource Centre (KLIB) file if it is opened on the workstation. If the Resource Centre is compressed, preparers will not be able to insert notes, schedules, or update documents.
