Customizing Your Quick Access Toolbar
The customized toolbar is a workstation setting (not a Caseware file setting). The toolbar can be customized in both Caseware and CaseView.

Right-click on any icon on the Caseware ribbon and select
Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

The icon will be added to the
Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the ribbon by default.

You can also right-click on a section within the toolbar, ex. Assign and select
Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

This will add the entire section to the
Quick Access Toolbar.

Right-click on the icon on the
Quick Access Toolbar to remove it from the Toolbar.

Desktop Document Windows in CaseView
When the option to use Desktop Document Windows is selected under Tools > Options > Interface, you are unable to customize the command toolbar in CaseView. Switch the option off, customize, and then turn the feature back on. Refer to Multiple Document Windows for more information on this option.
