Checklist Table Features
There are numbered procedures, headings, and a description of each procedure within a Jazzit PEG checklist. These are editable in Form Mode by default. However, the Jazzit Administrator can opt to lock the procedures from being edited by accessing the checklist in the Resource Centre (PEG Review(or Audit) KLIB).
 
 
 
The following list of available features is available within the Jazzit PEG templates:

Double-click to toggle between Yes, No, N/A or blank. Use the popup menu to select the relevant option.

Comments

The Comments column can be edited as required. Double-click on the comments field to clear existing comments. The comments do not clear when a Year-End Close is performed in Caseware Working Papers.
The Conclusion text area is shown or hidden by clicking on the folder icon. The conclusions section may differ between the checklists.
 
 
Right-click on the Express menu to insert more paragraphs.

Double-clicking in the Initials column will automatically fill in the default (as set in Caseware) initials on the checklist. Double-clicking on the initials again will clear the initials. Clicking on the dropdown will show the initials as entered in the Document control JZPCKEY(A).

Double-click to add in today's date.

Use the popup menu to select a W/P reference from the Document Manager. You can select up to FIVE W/P references for each row. Double-click on the W/P reference cell to open the referenced document if only one reference is selected or right-click on the W/P reference cell to open a specific document if more than one reference is selected.

The Express menu found to the left or right of the rows can be used to insert, sort or delete paragraphs and (or) headings and subheadings as required.

Some descriptions makes a reference to an external document. Double-clicking on them should open the referenced document.

Right-click on the numbered or lettered cell to select and alternative format or to reset or continue numbering.

Hide Columns to the right of description
9. Hide Columns to the right of description
Right-click on the line for option to Hide Columns to right of description. This option will hide the input cells for a particular line. This is useful for cleaning up lines that are intended to be headers.
