CGA (PPM) Subscribers
There are no updates to the PPM checklists. Firms using the existing Jazzit CGA (PPM) Programs and Checklists are recommended to move to the two Review checklist packages (PEG Review and CPEM Review) and/or the Audit package (PEG Audit).  Your firm has the option to delay the transition, however files with a year-end on and after December 14, 2017 must use the new PEG checklists.
 
For year-ends on or before December 13, 2017, firms using CGA (PPM) checklists have 2 options.
 
 
The table below can be used as a conversion guideline if you are currently subscribed to the Jazzit PPM Programs and Checklists wanting to transition immediately:

Jazzit Administrator performs:
File preparer performs:
  • Delete all existing CGA Review checklist from client files.
  • Use copy components to bring new CPEM Review checklists into client files.
  • Make sure the path to the Resource Centre in the JZPCKEY in each client file is set correctly.
  • Delete all existing CGA Review checklist from client files.
  • Use copy components to bring new PEG Audit checklists into client files.
  • Make sure the path to the Resource Centre in the JZPCKEYA in each client file is set correctly.
