By default, when you print a CaseView document using the Toolbar icon, the entire document is sent to the printer – you do not have the ability to change the Caseware document settings before the document is printed. This can only be done when printing from the File > Print > Print menu.

If you would like to view the print dialog boxes before the document prints, you must uncheck the option to bypass print dialogs under Tools > Options > Interface in any mode.

If you leave the Bypass Print Dialogs option enabled, you will not be able to cancel a print job sent to the printer after receiving the Rounding Warning within the Jazzit financial statements.
