The client uses the account number 1020 for their cash account with a balance for $2,843,229 as shown here in Caseware's working trial balance.
The Jazzit map structure uses 111.1000 for the cash account as shown in the Jazzit Balance Sheet.
To populate the Jazzit Balance Sheet, we have to assign the map number 111.1000 to the account 1020
The Jazzit Balance Sheet now populated as shown below.
When multiple accounts are assigned to the same map number they will be netted/combined together in the Jazzit statements. For more information on combining map numbers see the following article.
