Use the popup menu to choose between showing and hiding the generic client letterhead.

 

Choose to include or exclude lines below and above the generic letterhead. (Note: This option hides if Print generic client letterhead is set to 'No')

 

 

Choose to show or skip the letter date below the letter signatures. (Note: This option hides if Print generic client letterhead is set to 'Yes')

 

If you have chosen to show the date below the signatures, you have a further option to default the date to the letter date (located at the top of the letter) or you can give the preparer the option to manually select an alternative date. This will leave the date cell blank and the preparer can use the calendar control to select the correct date if different from the letter date. (Note: This option hides if Print generic client letterhead is set to 'Yes')

 

Turn toggle off or on the hide checkboxes next to individual paragraphs.

 

The engagement type is set in the Jazzit financial statements in the Engagement section of the Home Menu. Use the popup menu to override the financial statements default.

Defaults for the Management Representation Letter are populated from the Engagement Report settings in the Jazzit financial statements. This section will differ depending on the engagement type selected. Use the popup menus to override the Engagement Report defaults.
