Toggle the skip on a paragraph row. This switch is normally hidden by default. Right-click for the express menu for the option to make these switches visible.
Right-click on a paragraph row to show its Express menu.
Insert - Insert a paragraph row in various formats or a page break. See Page Breaks for more information. See Inserting paragraphs for more information on inserting paragraphs.
Row on/off switches - Hide/show the on/off switches. See above for more information (Row on/off switches).
Skip this paragraph - Skip/unskip the paragraph that is currently right-clicked on. This performs the same function as the Row on/off switches outlined above.
Additional space above this paragraph - Enable/disable the space above the paragraph that is right-clicked on. This is enabled by default
Client initials at bottom of section - Adds a space for client initials at the bottom right corner of the paragraph. The wording can be customized in Document settings area at the top of the letter. See Client Initials for more information.
Update section from Resource Centre - Update the paragraph that is currently right-clicked on with the corresponding paragraph from the Resource Centre module.
Get this section from another client file - Replace the paragraph that is currently right-clicked on with a corresponding paragraph from another Caseware file.
Sort Manual - Sort paragraph within a section that is currently right-clicked on.
Delete this line - Delete the line that is currently right-clicked on.
