Draft Stamp (Watermark)

Occasionally the draft stamp will not print with the same intensity as they appear in print preview. You may have to adjust the shade intensity if it is too light (or dark). Draft Stamp intensity is controlled in Page setups.

Consider checking the printer driver, if there is a massive discrepancy between CaseView print preview and the printed results. Also try exporting to PDF and printing the PDF to further isolate the issue.

Multiple Page setups in the Jazzit Financial statements.
It is possible to have multiple page setups in a single CaseView document. Jazzit makes use of multiple page setups in the Financial Statements, consequently modification of the draft stamp intensity must be done multiple areas.

When making modifications to the draft stamp intensity in the Resource Centre, it will need to be done in multiple modules. There are also multiple page setups in each module.

Page setups can be found in the following modules:

Locating Page Setups
Open the CaseView document and enter Design Mode (View > Design Mode). Enter the administrator password. Press CTRL-F to enter the find function. Select Page setups under the Find What: dropdown.

Click Find Next, the cursor will move to the first available line containing a Page Setup. Clicking Find Next will move onto the next available line containing a Page Setup. When the cursor is positioned in a line with a Page Setup, you can access that specific Page Setup via File > Print > Page setup. You can tell that the Page setup is specific for that line because Current Page or This Page Forward is selected in the Page Setup window.

Access the Watermark settings
Click on the Watermark button to adjust shade intensity. If you wish to make this a permanent change, open the title page module in your Resource Centre and apply the same change to the module.
