Client Enclosure Letter (CL)
 
With Jazzit’s client enclosure letter you can create a tailored document with a selection of enclosures and other matter paragraphs. Choose prepared paragraphs for many situations or create your own with the included generic paragraphs.
 
Jazzit pulls in key amounts from your mapped financial statements for inclusion in the letter. The salutation and closing are common for all of the client letters and instructions can be found in the common features section. Closing comments are formatted according to your selections for type of engagement and number of partners.
 
This information is defaulted from the financial statement settings and can be changed independently in the letter if required. Year-end dates pull from the Engagement Properties > Reporting Dates settings. Use the calendar control to set an alternative date if different from the default.
