Changing or Adding Note Number References in the Statements
When you see a {N#}or (Note #) it means that a note number reference can be assigned or has been assigned respectively. You have the ability to either edit the existing note reference or assign a new note reference to a line item.
Right-click on a note number reference and select Modify Note References. You can also double-click on the note reference.
The Add/Remove Note Number dialog will appear. Uncheck the existing note if you are changing the reference or select the note that you want to reference to.
Click on the OK button to save the new note reference.
The note number reference will automatically change if the notes are sorted in a different order.
