You may encounter situations where some amounts are populating in the Financial statements while other amounts are not. This happens frequently on the balance sheet where wildcards (* is used to combine map numbers) are used.
You may also notice this when diagnostics in certain areas of the templates are not bringing in the correct amounts
Solution: Check the mapping mask
In the Caseware ribbon click on Tools > Options > Mapping General.
Ensure that the mapping mask is has "xxx.xxxx.xx" filled in.
