Schedule name

Enter the schedule name in the input field or double-click on the name and enter the name in the Title for this schedule dialog.

Select the desired schedule format.

Link to IS

Set this popup if you want to link the Schedule to the main Statement of Operations or if you want to exclude the schedule balances from the Statement of Operations.

Choose to show or hide the budget column.

Show or hide the total columns.

Column selector

Use the checkboxes above each column to show or hide the columns. You can also use the C button to clear all checkboxes in the row or the S button to select all checkboxes in the row.

Entity

Use the entity popup menu to select the entity from the list. This will only show the balances associated with the selected entity.

Select the properties you want to show for each selected column. Refer to 9 Column Statements with Budget Column for more information on each field.
