The total balances for the current and prior year in the Statement of Net Assets is transferred as a single line item or can be shown as separate funds on the Statement of Financial Position. This format is Format B in the 2 year with % column format and Format C in the 9-column statement Format. The functionality for both formats remain the same.

Click on the button or use the popup menu to select the desired statement format.

 The statement settings provide additional options for the Statement of Changes in Net Assets.
 
 
Default link: The default link is set to link to the map numbers (280 ~ range). Select an alternative default link if desired.
Number of funds: This format allows you to show up to three funds. Use the popup menu to select the number of funds you wish to show.
Spacing: Click on the button to switch between double and single spacing.

Allocation of Excess of trade sales over expenses

The Excess over trade sales over expenses can be allocated by $ amount or by %. Use the popup menu to select the allocation method. Type in the allocated amount or % in the input cell provided above each fund column.

Type in the map numbers you want to link to for each column. Use the express menu to add more rows to link the transfer in/out map numbers.
